Rental Application Stage 2 — Hometown Properties

In an effort to streamline the rental process we request that you fill out the following application. Once application is received and approved we will call and to make an appointment with you to show the property. If you are interested with moving forward in the leasing process after our showing, we will (at that time) run your credit along with a criminal background check for an application fee of $38.00. Once approved, we’ll call you and arrange a time to meet where you can sign the lease and pay the security deposit.
