Scheduling a Showing
Once you have identified a property you would like to see, please fill out our rental application here. It's just a little bit of information that will help us determine who we will be showing the property to and its FREE to apply. Upon approval of your pre-application, we will contact you immediately to schedule a showing. Unfortunately we are not able to show properties without an application on file.
Application Process
When you are ready to move forward with the lease process, please fill out the tenant approval form here. There is a $38.00 processing fee. We will then submit your information for a credit and criminal background check. The third party service we use will then send you an email to verify we have permission to access this information. Please follow the process to allow us access to your credit and criminal background report. After we receive this information, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
Approval
After approval we will schedule a time to meet, sign the lease, collect the security deposit and first month's rent. We will also fill out the move-in inspection report at that time.
